Lymphatic drainage massage uses a light, slow, rhythmic touch, much softer than a deep tissue session. The aim is to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. Many guests choose it for relaxation, and some enjoy it when their legs or ankles feel heavy or after a long flight or drive.
If you have had surgery or have a medical condition
People often ask about lymphatic massage after surgery, or with swelling. Please speak with your doctor first and get their OK before you book. Tell your therapist about the surgery, the date and any instructions you were given. We will not work in any area your doctor has asked you to avoid.
Lengths and booking
The treatment is offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions. Add it to a visit with a foot reflexology session or choose it by itself. Guests from SaddleBrooke and Oro Valley are a short drive away.
