What massage may do

Massage cannot change arthritis, and we do not claim it can. What many guests tell us is that a gentle, warm session helps them relax tight muscles around sore joints, feel less stiff afterward and sleep a little better. That sense of comfort can make daily movement feel easier.

How we adapt for joints

  • Lighter to medium pressure over sore joints, and no forceful stretching or twisting.
  • Warm, comfortable tables, with help getting on and off if you want it.
  • Side-lying, reclined or chair massage if lying face down is uncomfortable.
  • Shorter sessions to start, such as a 30-minute Signature Focused Massage on the hands, neck, shoulders or back.

Tell us before we begin

On the day, tell your therapist which joints are sore that day, any flare-ups and what you take for pain. We will check in during the session. Please check with your doctor first.

Prices

  • Signature Focused Massage30 minutes: $54
