Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book with Desert Zen Massage online, by phone or at the front desk. Desert Zen Massage is operated by VAV13 LLC.

Booking

  • Online booking shows the times we can offer; a person at the front desk can often fit you in at other times by phone at (520) 344-3005.
  • Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm or change your booking.
  • Online booking is for adults.

Arriving, changes and cancellations

  • Please arrive about 10 minutes early.
  • To change or cancel, call us at (520) 344-3005 as early as you can, so we can offer the time to another guest.

Payment

Nothing is charged online. You pay at the spa after your visit.

Gift cards

Gift cards and certificates are redeemed at the spa for the services shown on them, until the expiration date printed on them.

Text message program

Program: Desert Zen booking texts.

What you receive: when you tick the box “Text me my booking confirmation and reminders” while booking, Desert Zen Massage texts you a booking confirmation, a reminder before your visit, and a thank-you after your visit with a link to leave a review.

Message frequency: up to 3 texts per booking.

Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one text confirming you are opted out, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book without ticking the box.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
